By using GeminiClean, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully, particularly Section 4 (Acceptable Use) and Section 6 (Disclaimer of Warranties).

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using GeminiClean ("the Service") at geminiclean.online, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Service.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and GeminiClean ("we," "us," "our"). We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.

2. Description of Service

GeminiClean is a free, browser-based tool that removes visible watermarks from images generated by Google Gemini AI. The Service operates entirely client-side using the Canvas API — no image data is transmitted to our servers.

The Service is provided free of charge and is supported by advertising revenue through Google AdSense.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use this Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. Users in certain jurisdictions may be subject to additional age requirements.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You must not use the Service to:

  • Infringe on any intellectual property rights, including removing watermarks from images you do not own or have rights to modify
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations in your jurisdiction
  • Misrepresent the origin or authorship of images
  • Remove watermarks for the purpose of copyright infringement
  • Deceive others about the nature or source of AI-generated content
  • Circumvent or violate Google's or any third party's Terms of Service
  • Use the Service for any commercial purpose without ensuring you have appropriate rights to the images processed

5. Intellectual Property

The GeminiClean website, including its design, source code, and content, is owned by or licensed to GeminiClean and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

"Gemini" is a trademark of Google LLC. GeminiClean is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Google LLC.

You retain all rights to the images you process through the Service. We claim no ownership over any images uploaded or processed.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

  • WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE
  • WARRANTIES THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE
  • WARRANTIES REGARDING THE ACCURACY OR RELIABILITY OF RESULTS

We do not warrant that the Service will produce accurate results on all images or that watermark removal will be perfect or complete.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, GEMIINCLEAN SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

  • Loss of profits, data, or goodwill
  • Image corruption or unintended modifications
  • Any damage resulting from your use or inability to use the Service
  • Legal consequences arising from your use of processed images

Our total liability to you for any claims under these Terms shall not exceed USD $0, reflecting the fact that the Service is provided free of charge.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless GeminiClean and its operators from and against any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any applicable laws.

9. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

10. Third-Party Services

The Service uses third-party services including Google AdSense for advertising and Lordicon for animated icons. Your use of these third-party services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.

11. Service Availability

We do not guarantee that the Service will be available at all times. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without notice. We are not liable for any loss resulting from unavailability of the Service.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the appropriate courts of competent jurisdiction.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

14. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and GeminiClean regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements.
